Founded by Morgan Harvey — Delaware State Certified Medicaid Doula, doula agency owner, and active birthworker — BBDS bridges the gap between credential and career. Through the Beyond Birthing Coaching Program, already-certified doulas gain the business framework, scope clarity, and community they never received in standard training.
